Talent Symposium, the HealthcareSource 2016 Annual User Conference, will be held November 6 to 9, 2016 at the JW Marriott in Washington, D.C. The conference will be attended by more than 350 healthcare human resource managers, talent management, organizational development, and education professionals.

Conference participants can look forward to networking, continuing education, and expanding their vision with recruiting, retention, and learning. Attendees will also have the opportunity to interact with colleagues, share ideas, and learn what their peers do to meet both the day-to-day and strategic challenges within their organizations.

HealthcareSource is making a few changes to this year's event, per attendee feedback. There will be equal training for human resources and educational development, and training will be specific for different levels of users. The conference will feature more roundtable discussions and shorter networking breaks
